	Rob Rodgers Director of North American Park Operations - Lo-Q Virtual Queuing, Inc. Rob currently manages both the technical and retail operations of Lo-Q's North American Operations. Originally from Florida , Rob came to Lo-Q after working 20 years in the media industry for AT&T Broadband (MediaOne). As Senior Project Manager of Customer Care and Technical Operations, Rob managed operational product launches and technical customer care for over 1 million customers in the National Market Group division. When he first moved to Atlanta Rob was one of Lo-Q's first customers - after using the Q-Bot Rob knew he had to join the team!

John is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Coopers and Lybrand (Price WaterHouse Coopers). He subsequently held Finance Director and Controller positions in quoted and private pan-European businesses. John is responsible for the financial management and reporting for the North American operations.

Picture not currently available	Dawn Little Sales and Marketing Support Manager - Lo-Q Virtual Queuing, Inc. Dawn manages the daily sales and marketing functions of the North American parks. From St..Louis, Missouri, Dawn spent 10 years with Six Flags St. Louis in operations and sales. Working in all aspects of park operations, and most recently working as the group sales coordinator, Dawn brings her theme park experience and knowledge to the team. In her free time, Dawn is cheering on her favorite team the St. Louis Cardinals.
	Edith Sims Q-Bot Technician - Lo-Q Virtual Queuing, Inc. Edith is a native of Georgia, growing up in Decatur. Edith specializes in the assembly and repair of damaged Q-bots. She earned her Electronics Certification from Gwinnett Technical College while working as an Electronics engineer at Scientific Atlanta. She has also worked with small circuitry at Vitel Technologies and Lithonia Lighting. When Edith isn't working on the Q-bots she likes to spend her free time fishing at a small lake near her home, bowling and reading mystery novels.
